  • keep Landlords supply electrical certificates up to date
  • liaising with tenants where necessary
  • liaising with Contractors in relation to building works/repairs as instructed by the Senior PM
  • assist with property inspection as and when required
  • ensure all contractors indemnity insurance
  • responsible for key management for all blocks
