Requirements
- truly multi skilled element to your work as a maintenance engineer. Someone who is comfortable fault finding electrically and mechanically
- minimum for 5 years’ experience as a multi skilled maintenance engineer in an industrial environment
- ability to PLC fault find is highly advantageous and ability to modify is beneficial but not deal breaking

- qualified to level 3 or Apprenticeship served in an electrical discipline
- would look at maintenance engineers from any fast paced manufacturing background
- minimum 3 years experience working as an electrically biased Maintenance Engineer ideally time served but would look at level 3 qualification
- at least three years working as a multi-skilled maintenance engineer
- some robotics experience with Kuka/ABB/Fanuc robots
- qualified to level 3 or apprenticeship served in an electrical discipline
- at least 3 years experience working as a maintenance engineer
- attitude is key - they will give back what you give them
- experience with ABB Robots would be advantageous
- at least 5 years experience maintaining/repairing special purpose machinery as an electrically biased maintenance engineer within a factory environment
- you will be multi-skilled ideally with an electrical bias
- minimum of 3 years’ experience as a multi skilled maintenance engineer in an industrial environment
- electrical fault finding – Panels, sensors, contactors, ability to read drawings is a must
- must have a good understanding of three phase motors and single-phase motors, sensors, contactors, relays
- some form of maintenance qualification e.g., City and Guilds, NVQ, HNC, Indentured Apprenticeship
- must have good working knowledge with Siemens S7
- ARC/MIG/TIG welding experience
- experience within heavy industry is advantageous
- any exp. working on conveyors would be advantageous
- at least 3 year’s experience maintaining/repairing special purpose machinery as a maintenance engineer
- experience within a production line environment - ideally automotive but would look at other environments
- PLC experience – Siemens S7 advantageous
- experience in FMCG/Packaging lines would be beneficial but not deal breaking
- ideally have 18th ed
- must have experience with hydraulics if you are mechanically biased
- experience in a heavy industry environment would be highly beneficial
- MUST be able to make modifications/interrogate with Siemens S7
- milling and turning experience
- must be electrically biased
- electrically – need to be able to work with 3-phase, sensors and switches as a minimum
- electrical skills i.e. reading drawings, fault finding in panels, 3-phase motors etc
- electrically qualified - ideally to level 3
- EX Forces also encouraged to apply
- you don’t have to be the finished article, they are really looking for somebody with the right mindset and attitude
- experience working in a heavy industry would be advantageous
- you don't need to be able to programme as a maintenance engineer
- blow Moulding experience
- exp. 3-phase, Panels, sensors, contactors, PLC fault finding – inputs/outputs
- mech – belts, straps, chains, pulleys, belts, gearboxes etc
- mechanically - bearings, straps, belts, chains, pulleys etc
