Responsibility
full reception duties including answering telephone calls, responding to emails, open and distribute mail to relevant departments and frank outgoing mail
deal effectively with customers and staff with excellent communication skills
liaise with the Workshop department to book jobs
invoicing for Workshop servicing and hire of fleet vehicles while liaising with Parts and Sales department where necessary
scanning and filing relevant documentation
track vehicles that are part of the hire fleet
coordinate with Accounts department to carry out administrative duties in relation to the role, including customer and supplier credit checks
ensure Health & Safety regulations and safe practices are adhered to
Requirements
experience in a similar role
strong communication skills with a positive attitude
excellent organisation skills and a good eye for detail
ability to work on own initiative and work within deadlines
confident IT skills
proactive approach and flexibility to undertake a wide range of tasks
valid Driving Licence
administration: 1 year
