- expertise in product inspection and interpretation of technical drawings
- working background as a Trained Auditor
- education/Experience: Fifth-year college or university program certificate; or two to four years of related experience; or equivalent combination
Responsibility
- conduct quality assurance reviews of design transfers
- investigate and report on all customer returns to maintain customer satisfaction and product quality
- develop effective validation and planning activities
- develop and enforce quality assurance standards in line with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 to ensure compliance with industry regulations
- identify and validate processes following established plans
- conduct thorough inspection of products to guarantee compliance with specifications and quality requirements
- maintain robust product and process control plans and FMEAs
- drive corrective and preventive actions to address quality assurance issues and improve overall performance
