- stirling Hotel Services, the University of Stirling’s catering company, are looking for a passionate and experienced Sous Chef to join the brigade
- help us to deliver an exceptional experience to students, staff, visitors and guests and to innovate and continue to enhance our food and drink portfolio
- whether it’s creating breakfast, lunch or dinner for our hotel guests, catering for a wedding or large conference or providing meals throughout the day in one of our ten restaurants, cafés or bars on-campus, we are sure you will fit right in

- we’re looking for candidates who can support the senior team by ensuring quality products for all of our outlets. Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes as your specialty
- as Sous Chef you will ensure the efficient running of service, ordering and waste control, supervise presentation standards, and liaise with other senior chefs to create new dishes
- you will be responsible for working on all sections of the kitchen, you will be a passionate, talented and hardworking individual with the drive and determination to help ensure consistency is maintained throughout
- ongoing training is offered; therefore you must be highly focused with a willingness to succeed as a chef within a high volume kitchen
