whether it’s creating breakfast, lunch or dinner for our hotel guests, catering for a wedding or large conference or providing meals throughout the day in one of our ten restaurants, cafés or bars on-campus, we are sure you will fit right in

we’re looking for candidates who can support the senior team by ensuring quality products for all of our outlets. Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes as your specialty
as Sous Chef you will ensure the efficient running of service, ordering and waste control, supervise presentation standards, and liaise with other senior chefs to create new dishes
you will be responsible for working on all sections of the kitchen, you will be a passionate, talented and hardworking individual with the drive and determination to help ensure consistency is maintained throughout
ongoing training is offered; therefore you must be highly focused with a willingness to succeed as a chef within a high volume kitchen
