Responsibility

  • leading the delivery and production of food, including the daily menus for restaurant lunches, dinners, conferences and private events
  • management of the hotel kitchen team, providing coaching, development and training
  • delivering food and service that is of a high standard and meets company and client expectation, in accordance with current legislation
  • this is an exciting opportunity for a talented Head Chef to join the team at Stirling Court Hotel, an award winning hotel and conference centre located within the grounds of the University of Stirling
