Responsibility
- building relationships with suppliers to maintain stock levels
- managing marketing campaigns, including social media and e-mail marketing
- taking receipt and processing registration of bottles received for the auction side of the business
- planning, organising and hosting whisky tasting events with distillery brand ambassadors
- maintenance of online shop, managing stock levels and processing online orders through to dispatch, ensuring a high standard of customer service is maintained
- ensuring the shop front and tasting room is well maintained, stocked and kept clean and tidy, executing sales and building relationships with suppliers to maintain stock levels
- ensuring the physical shop front and tasting room is well maintained, stocked and kept clean and tidy, with a focus on customer experience and executing sales
- assisting with process of sales orders from online sales through to dispatch, ensuring a high standard of customer service is maintained
