Responsibility
- at Stifford Hall, we are looking for an outgoing individual who is looking to progress into management within the hospitality sector
- oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities
- ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and attention to detail
- manage and train restaurant staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- develop and implement strategies to improve overall efficiency and profitability
- monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards
- collaborate with the kitchen team to create and update menu offerings
- handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
Requirements
- previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- proven ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
