Responsibility

  • telephone call handling and completion of Call Logs
  • monitor and confidently respond to emails received into’ [email protected]’, ‘[email protected]’, ‘[email protected]’ and ‘[email protected]’
  • greet visitors and customers and oversee goods outwards when other staff are unavailable
  • input daily staff attendance onto monthly payroll spreadsheet
  • update time allocated to each job from timesheets onto MRP System
  • update customer details on Statii from Call Log Sheets
  • update sheet metal stock from daily timesheets and weekly stock take sheet
  • scan and upload Supplier Delivery Notes onto Statii and match against Purchase Orders
