Responsibility

  • we have a cosy rustic bar at The Peacock at Rowsley with a log fire lit in winter months
  • we are looking for an enthusiastic and charismatic person to provide an excellent guest drinking experience
  • training on the job is provided, to create the experience our customers enjoy
  • the training will allow the successful candidate to flourish in any hospitality environment
  • you will also be responsible for presenting dessert menus and taking dessert orders after mains have been cleared
  • prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant guests
  • interact with customers, take drinks orders and serve drinks
  • assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations

Requirements

  • ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
  • bartenders: 2 years
