Responsibility

  • to develop and implement the Customer Care Strategy, as agreed by the Centre Manager
  • to ensure the smooth facilitation of the operations and for the planning, organisation and management of bookings on the computerised booking system, including sporting and non-sporting events, courses and block bookings
  • to also undertake other duties
