Responsibility

  • act as a professional point of contact with delegates, trainers, and visitors in person, via virtual media, telephone, and email
  • provide information, advice and guidance to delegates who are enquiring about courses or having difficulty with registering for online training
  • proactively communicate with delegates, customers and third parties to ensure the effective and smooth delivery of tasks relating to bookings and courses
  • provide office support by accurately filing documents, printing and collating course workbooks and materials for trainers, and checking for accuracy and compliance with corporate style and brand standards
  • ensure delegates enjoy the best possible experience of their course. For international students, this includes advising on social and tourist activities, transport, and general welfare

Requirements

  • A Level in English Language
  • experience working in a similar administrative and/or customer service role
  • experience of living or working outside of the UK
  • level 2 qualification in business administration or customer service
  • works on own initiative and can multi-task to ensure completion of tasks and objectives
  • excellent communicator, personable and demonstrates a positive approach
  • customer service: 1 year
  • administrative experience: 1 year
