Requirements

  • 10.1 Previous experience within commercial management running several jobs at the same time of value between 500k to 2 million
  • 10.2 Previous experience working in Social Housing & Maintenance Environment
  • 9.1 Confident oral and written communication skills
  • 10.3 Up to date relevant knowledge of building legislation and contract law
  • 9.2 Can do and positive attitude
  • 10.4 Understanding of local government and legislation in relation to construction and subcontractors
  • 9.3 Financial and commercial awareness
  • 10.5 Up to date relevant knowledge of standard contract forms
