Responsibility
- near Bourton on the Water
- it is in a beautiful rural setting with an adjacent private 5 acre woodland
- our children are happy and confident and thrive in the loving, caring, stimulating environment we provide
- supervise and lead a team of nursery staff members
- to provide a high standard of physical, emotional, social, and intellectual care for children place in the setting
- create and implement developmentally appropriate activities for children
- to give support to their staff within the setting
- ensure a safe and nurturing environment for all children in the nursery
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
- knowledge of child development principles and practices
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- you will have the passion and enthusiasm to complement our existing team of experienced child care practitioners
- CPR and First Aid certification
- you will have knowledge of the Curriculum for Excellence as well as previous experience of working with children under 5
- level 3 in Childcare
