we are looking for an experienced office based Account Manager with a difference
account Managers are accountable for hitting 100% of their monthly pod target

advertising, Promotions, listings, creative, stock, NPD, SEO and our global platforms

for every 1% over target the Account Manager will receive that percentage over wages ie if you hit 105% of target we will pay you 105% wages the following month
hitting between 90% - 100% of target triggers an improvement and strategy meeting which goes through the reasons for missing by brand and releases additional support from the Head of Sales and Leadership team where needed
being fully accountable for the Global sales of each of the brands in your POD you will make sure we are maximising the tools we have in Brand Protection
communicating with brands and the internal support teams to drive all aspects of the ecommerce journey to be the very best representation of the brand and to ensure the Global mix of sales
report monthly the stock situation by brand with the following months strategy to the Head of Sales at the end of each month
update pricing on linnworks in both pricing areas of the platform
ensure Global Brand titles on each Platform are fully SEO ready using Helium title building application
check stranded and violated stock and assist the Platform team in getting them back live as fast as possible
send expectations in a report form to the Head of sales at the end of each month
review the campaigns with the brand and take onboard any suggestions from the brand on a monthly basis
communicate price increases to stock team
ad Hoc duties as requested by the HoD, COO or CEO
job Purpose: To Successfully grow and manage your dedicated Pods. Success is measured by Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Sales Targets and annual brands satisfaction score
all changes that are made are to be for the benefit of improving ratings, reviews and the presence of the brand
monitor key Skus to ensure stock does not run out
checking and communicating pricing requirements for each brand to the pricing team
research the first order quantities and have signed off by Head of Sales
ensure each platform that a brand is live in is reviewed, best in class and has activity from Advertising and promotions and is treated as above
ensure any brand price increases are in line with the company policy for purchase price and brand website price
