Responsibility

  • clarifying customer concerns regarding reported services provided by the school
  • customer service by phone, at school and by means of other contact channels available in the marketing department, in accordance with the agreed standards of customer service in terms of content and quality of calls
  • implementation of tasks in the field of information, market research, implementation of marketing campaigns. Providing complete, correct information on the products and services offered by the Step Up, the school, related to customer enquiries
  • informing the immediate superior about the course and results of the work performed and the difficulties encountered
  • responsibility for proper, in terms of content, formal and timely handling of clients' matters
  • reporting any irregularities to the supervisor
  • forwarding customer complaints to the competent organisational units / units of the school - in accordance with the adopted procedure
