Responsibility

  • ensure the safety and security of public areas by patrolling and monitoring the area
  • access Control - Welcoming, helping and directing those who seek your assistance, identifying any threat to security and escalating appropriately
  • ensure that staff members are safe at work and on duty
  • report potential security issues to the manager
  • internal and external site patrols to deter criminal activity
  • you will be expected to carry out all guarding responsibilities
  • liaising with management and local authorities when applicable
  • check for unsafe conditions

Requirements

  • experience of working with customers in a corporate environment, maybe in previous reception, concierge, hosting, or Front of House
  • first Aid Certificate
  • CCTV experience/license
  • working knowledge of BS7858
  • anti-terrorism awareness
  • fire Marshall
  • health and Safety at Work
