Responsibility

  • main Responsibilities Support the Governance manager and cypress management team with the maintenance and review of existing policies and procedures
  • provide general administration support to ensure all compliance records are kept up to date
  • review compliance of in-house audit systems as per schedule and update electronic logs and next steps
  • conduct Health and Safety checks for the rehabilitation service as per schedule and escalate any issues as appropriate
  • provide accurate and timely monthly compliance reports
  • support administration manager with record and review processes
  • support the acute management team with personnel administration required for CQC purposes
  • support the cypress management team and governance manager with identifying risks and trends in incidents to help drive an outstanding level of safety and quality of experience for people accessing our services
