Responsibility
- payroll Administrator & Finance Support to Step-A-Side
- assist in developing and implementation of electronic HR filing system
- to investigate and resolve employee and management pay queries
- to set up new starters and leavers on the payroll system
- to process statutory pension requirements
- to process and understand statutory payments such as SSP, SMP and SPP
- to process P45’s, P60’s, P11D’s, AEO’s and DEO’s when required
- to assist the Financial Director with the running of the monthly payroll and other tasks as required within the finance department
