Requirements
- bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business or similar and/or equivalent practical experience
- experience initiating and driving projects to completion with minimal guidance /Self-starter
- experience in analysing, interpreting, and leveraging data to make business decisions
- ability to influence discussions involving complex technical concepts and data-based stories
- experience building marketing programmes and reporting on results
- exposure to digital and direct response marketing
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- experience in leading growth initiatives in a product marketing or product development organisation, with a growth-hacking mindset to plan and manage day-to-day and long term
