  • induct new staff members via face-to-face learning as set out in induction programme
  • ensure competences are completed within competency time frame
  • conduct staff supervisions
  • provide hands-on ongoing support and training to staff in the community to meet the specialised needs of clients
  • complete new client assessment, risk assessments, private clients and provide documentation provided
  • visit new clients and ensure documentation provided
  • ensure consent form is complete all clients
  • ensure staff members have received a shadowing shift and provide training on the new system Access care planning & People Planner
