- prepare presentations and slides
- general administration duties such as data entry, posting, manning the office and calls , preparing expenses, office documentation and day to day running of the office
- assist with events, installations and deliveries to clients and project sites
Education
- computer Literate – able to use
- microsoft excel and spreadsheets
- able to use Instagram / other social media tools
- uploading web content and manage a website
- able to use Shopify
- able to use QuickBooks / accounting system
- design tools e.g. Sketch Up
- experience working in a small office environment and preferable design but not essential
