Responsibility

• answer the Estates phone line to deal with queries and where necessary, allocate the call to the relevant person
• assist with general office support & administrative tasks
• the issue of enquiries and sourcing of quotations

• liaise with Estate Managers, Homes and contractors
• attend staff meetings and staff training sessions as necessary
• manage the electronic data management system. Ensuring the designs, drawings and information are up to date for new builds and the wider estate. Ensuring all members of the Estates team are using common documentation and filing information centrally
• adhere to Avery Policies and Procedures

• record issues and work requests on the Estates Log. The person responsible to resolve home specific property issues is the relevant Avery Estates Manager
