Responsibility
- manage catering, AV, and other vendor relationships - seek them out and confirm costs and contracts in good time
- risk Management and Compliance: Identify potential risks associated with events and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the safety and security of attendees, staff, volunteers and all participants
- attend weekly management updates and team meetings
- compile feedback and lessons learnt documents from key events as required for continuous improvement
- develop and implement processes for event planning and execution while maintaining a profitable budget
- coordinate with internal stakeholders to align event deliverables
- maintain event documentation and processes
- manage sponsor communications and deliverables
