Responsibility
- working on a 4-on 4-off basis comprised of both day & night shift
- sites are located in Sheffield, Rotherham, Barnsley and Doncaster both part time and full time

- if so, we have the perfect operation for you! Successful candidate will be working in supported accommodation taking on a concierge role
- monitor and control access at building entrances and vehicle gate, including entrance and departure of employees, residents, visitors, and other persons to maintain the security and safety of the premises
- perform regular and routine premises checks to prevent and detect breaches of house rules and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates
- monitor CCTV
Requirements
- full SIA licence
- clear written and verbal communication skills
- empathy for the needs and behaviours of vulnerable people
- the ability to diffuse situations/resolve differences constructively, whilst managing risk
- ability to operate calmly and professionally in pressured situations
- integrity, professionalism and a good understanding of the importance of professional boundaries
- proven work experience in a supportive role
- proven work experience in customer service
