Responsibility
- the service will be supporting a small number of clients with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health conditions
- we're looking for an experienced Supported Living Manager who is able to step up the service and take the lead role
- the successful candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in supporting people with intellectual disabilities
- our goal is to provide 24-hour care and supported accommodation for individuals aged 18-65 years old
- working closely with the directors/stakeholders to understand business requirements
- managing ,developing and implementing commissioning processes
- stay home ltd is a provider of Domiciliary care in Redditch and Bromsgrove area and now we are focusing on supported living projects in South Birmingham
- to ensure that the services operate within CQC guidelines, as well as the company’s own policies and procedures
