Requirements

  • previous experience in vehicle maintenance and repair is preferred
  • strong knowledge of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems
  • proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve vehicle issues
  • ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required
  • excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information to customers

Responsibility

  • diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues using diagnostic tools and equipment
  • conduct vehicle inspections and provide recommendations for necessary repairs or replacements
  • complete repair orders accurately and in a timely manner
  • ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or questions
  • perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, including but not limited to services, steering and suspension changes, brake inspections and replacement
