Requirements
- other general admin as requested e.g., making signs, labels, laminating, scanning etc
- excellent communication and IT skills
- excellent organisation and time management skills
- post – holiday cover for Reception to ensure all post is packaged and ready for collection by
- be flexible regarding hours work and tasks to be completed where necessary
- forward thinking and innovative, with a positive can-do attitude
- comfortable at gathering and processing information whilst challenging people and processes where necessary
- excellent written communication skills for creating letters and documenting minutes – preferably in the HR function but not a necessity
