Responsibility
- we have an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Manager role to support the Registered Manager to deliver a high standard of care across the four Independent Living schemes

- you will be responsible for all aspects of the Independent Living Schemes to delivery high quality, safe service for all our service users
- working with the Registered Manager you must ensure that all aspects of the care-delivery are met promptly, effectively, profitably and to a high standard
- you will be responsible for continuously improving the processes and standards we deliver, actively working with the Starcare team and external bodies to provide a safe and efficient service at all times
- ensure that all care packages are personalised and well-managed including the correct completion of all care administration, the implementation of updates to revised processes/support plans and completion of regular quality reviews ·
- you must hold or be working towards a minimum of QCF Level 5 qualification
- work with the Senior Support Workers and teams, one-to-one and through team meetings, to deliver excellent standards of care to all our service-users, including maintenance of service templates and the review of service-user care services ·
