Working hours

Responsibility

  • handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels promptly and professionally
  • address and resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, payment issues, and other related concerns
  • maintain accurate customer records, account information, and relevant documentation
  • assist customers with product/service inquiries, providing information, troubleshooting, and offering appropriate solutions
  • process customer cancellations, adhering to company policies and procedures
  • collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and ensure seamless service delivery
  • identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest enhancements to enhance customer experience

Requirements

  • previous experience in a customer service role is preferable but not required
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely
  • exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with difficult customers
  • detail-oriented with excellent organisational and time management skills
  • ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
