Working hours

Responsibility

  • room based post 4 days per week
  • as a Deputy Nursery Manager, you will manage and develop the nursery team ensuring quality assurance in all rooms
  • our Deputy Nursery Managers are an essential part of our team and, while maintaining a hands-on role, support the manager in the smooth running of the nursery
  • you will be required to undertake administrative and IT duties including a collection of fees, nursery database, purchasing and receipts alongside the manager

Education

  • diploma of Higher Education

Requirements

  • strong desire to influence positive change when required through modelling the mission statment
  • communicate with parents and guardians and engage them in expanding their child’s learning beyond the nursery
