  • staploe Education Trust is looking for a practical and enthusiastic candidate to join our team as a Caretaker. In this role, you will ensure that our schools provide a safe and welcoming environment for students, staff and visitors
  • we are unable to accept CVs
  • you will be responsible for a range of duties including heating, lighting, porterage, minor repairs, maintenance and general duties associated with the premises
  • we are looking for someone who has a keen interest in basic DIY skills and possible experience in a trade, who is also able to work well within a team and independently
  • working hours may be subject to agreed variation and call-out at weekends and unsocial hours may be necessary from time to time
  • the successful candidate will be subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure and medical checks
  • we will undertake online searches of all shortlisted candidates prior to interview
