Responsibility
position: Commercial Account Handler
as an Account Handler, your role will include the handling of renewals, mid-term amendments and queries for a bank of existing clients
unlike a standard broker, you will be assigned your own customer accounts and provide a professional and efficient service to your customers through expert advice and recommendation of products, continually developing and maintaining excellent customer relationships
you will be involved in the full sphere of insurance account management including assessing client’s current & future needs, dealing with and resolving day to day queries, with the common goal of providing exceptional customer care standards at all times
Requirements
a minimum of 3 years’ experience within the commercial insurance sector, a good working knowledge of the insurance sector as a whole and experience of the duties and responsibilities outlined above
excellent communication skills , have high attention to detail, be a confident, ambitious individual who is fanatical about exceptional customer service and have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
highly organised, pro-active, able to self-motivate, self-manage, be good under pressure with the ability to prioritise, problem solve and multitask efficiently. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business who are experts in their field
