Responsibility

  • lawn care, Mowing, Strimming of all grass areas on the estate
  • weeding & planting when and where required
  • hedge cutting, Pruning & dead heading
  • to keep on top of watering
  • assisting with Hard landscaping projects, fencing etc
  • driveway and path maintenance
  • hedge cutting
  • maintenance of car parks, and water systems

Requirements

  • flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks and to work extra hours when required to meet deadlines
  • physically fit as this is a hands-on and active role
  • excellent communication skills
  • presentable & organised with strong attention to detail
  • PA1/6, & horticulture qualifications would be welcomed
  • must have experience of using the usual range of garden machinery
  • woodland Management would be welcomed
  • gardening: 5 years
