Working hours
- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- maintain user access provisions to core business systems such as K8 and SDWorx
- ensure core business systems are maintained with appropriate software patches from the vendors
- manage on-going relationship with software vendors
- oversee small ‘off-the-shelf’ software implementations
- maintain the chart of accounts and factory structure within K8
- establish new factories /accounts within K8 as appropriate
- review processes with a view to deskill activities through software solutions
- manage the monthly IT Development Portfolio meeting agenda and project trackers with support of the external IT provider
Requirements
- minimum three years’ experience of working with key business systems
- understanding of the construct and operating processes of key business systems
- extensive experiences acting as a systems administrator for key financial/trading business systems
- good spreadsheet skills Understand how to manage user access to sensitive information
- advanced system skills to include data visualisation tools, databases or simple coding
- key business systems: 3 years
