Responsibility

  • ● Develop a new, dedicated field servicing team to provide on-site servicing and support to clients
  • ● Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and implement improvements to service processes and procedures
  • ● Manage customer relationships and ensure that customer requirements are met
  • ● Ensure that service reports are not only generated but also accurate and delivered to customers on time
  • ● Develop and implement service contracts and agreements for clients to ensure that customer requirements are met and services are delivered to the highest standards while ensuring the longevity of our client's equipment is optimised cost-effectively
  • ● Liaise with other departments to ensure that customer requirements are met and that services are delivered on time
  • ● Develop and manage a dedicated service team and ensure that customer requirements are met and service targets are achieved for both proactive and reactive maintenance contracts

Requirements

  • ● Tools, uniform and PPE provided where required
  • ● Proven experience in a service management role
  • ● Enrolment in the pension scheme
  • ● Experience in managing a team and delivering high-quality services
  • ● Company credit card upon successful completion of the probationary period
  • ● Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and coach team members
  • ● Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
