- lead the production line to ensure orders are met to specific deadlines
- coordinate the workshop and liaise with department supervisors to ensure production is running efficiently and meeting deadlines
- meeting customer satisfaction, ensuring that the highest quality is adhered to

- liaise with the design team to ensure designs and material orders are completed ready to go into production, fulfilling tight timescales
- our ideal candidate would have a background in managing manufacturing lines, or in a similar environment, although this isn’t essential. It’s a must to have excellent organisations skills with previous experience managing a team
- advise accounts teams on job completion and gather the relevant documentation
- work closely with the rest of the logistics team to maximise efficiency
