Responsibility
- we are looking for an experienced reliable Gas Safe Engineer to cover our service, breakdown and aftercare side of the business
- the main role would consist of attending domestic properties for boiler servicing, breakdowns and issue certificates as and when required
- full Time - You will average 40 hours per week
- additional voluntary paid overtime
- the ideal candidate needs have the technical and hands on experience with gas heating systems to diagnose an issue, have the ability to repair using time on the job knowledge and skills
- as you will be working with members of the public, we would expect you to have a friendly and approachable attitude, carrying out your tasks in a safe, calm and diligent manner
- in addition, you would also be expected to attend aftercare appointments for new build properties which will sometimes require an element of troubleshooting to define and resolve any issues that arise
Requirements
- at least 2 years’ experience as a domestic gas engineer
- full UK Driving Licence
- DBS Check
- gas Safe registered
- computer literate
- good understanding of Health and Safety
- plumbing: 5 years
- good communication skills
