  • maintenance: 1 year

Responsibility

  • expected to carry out and document weekly fire checks e.g. fire alarm test, fire doors and monthly checks e.g. window restrictors, water temperatures, door closers
  • carrying out regular checks on boilers and ensure boiler areas are kept clean and safe
  • able to carry out all duties safely having regard for the health, safety and welfare of self, staff, residents and other persons within the company
  • involved in the training / induction of new staff; particularly in fire prevention, use of fire panel, use of electrical equipment, locations of fire exits
