Responsibility
- prepare monthly management accounts
- preparation and control of all year-end matters including the year end Statutory Accounts and all tax year end returns
- maintain fixed asset records
- prepare and maintain all necessary Balance Sheet reconciliations
- maintain VAT records including PVA for imports and exports
- control of monthly payrolls and submission of relevant tax returns and year end forms
- oversee overall cashflow and stock management
- supplier payments and authorisations
Requirements
- proven experience as a Financial Accountant or similar role
- strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
- excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
