Responsibility
- maintain various H&S records e.g. the accident book
- record all first aid/medicines given to children in the relevant books
- record near misses in line with the school policy
- report any identified H&S issues immediately to the relevant person
- 10. Report to the Trust Business Manager regularly and provide information as required
- liaise with the Trust Business Manager, the Trust HR director and ensure that all Trust HR procedures are adhered to
- ensure that staff absences are recorded on a monthly basis, and assist the Trust Business
- ensure that all Trust financial procedures are followed and appropriate approvals are obtained for all financial operations
