Responsibility

  • we are seeking a passionate and skilled individual to take charge of our garden and grounds
  • main Duties
  • sweep roads, paths and patio/terrace & car park areas to keep free of litter, debris and leaves, etc
  • cleaning of gullies and gutters and down pipes as much as possible
  • keep external signage and exterior lighting clean and in proper working order and ensure external signs are visible, particularly in winter
  • as an Old age psychiatric care unit, we value the importance of creating beautiful and enjoyable environments for our residents and visitors
  • the successful candidate will have the opportunity to transform and maintain our outside spaces into stunning features that enhance the overall experience of our service users, visitors and staff
  • keep the main drive to road clear of leaves, mown regularly and well-presented. And in winter months be responsible for gritting

Requirements

  • gardening: 2 years
  • use of garden machinery: mowers, strimmers, hedge-trimmers etc
