- this is a great opportunity to gain experience in catering and develop your skills as a chef, working with a supportive catering team at St Edward’s
- we require an enthusiastic Junior Chef De Partie who is keen to play a key role supporting the senior chefs, ensuring fresh food and the full menu choice is available throughout the service period
- you will join a busy Catering Department which serves around 2000 meals a day over breakfast, lunch and dinner and also manages a varied event calendar, which includes charity balls, boarding house dinners, fine dining, weddings and catering for sports and summer schools
- to be considered for this position, you will need previous catering experience, as well as basic food hygiene and health and safety certification or other equivalent qualifications
