  • ability to prioritise workload and exercise judgement when dealing with patient enquiries/problems whilst adhering to practice policies
  • full and regular training will be provided together with a comprehensive induction

Responsibility

  • you will cover reception/telephones and ensure smooth running of reception, waiting room and consulting rooms, ensuring all areas are kept tidy and the information boards in reception are correctly displayed at each session
  • the role would involve being the first port of call for our patients, dealing with queries as part of our professional and resilient frontline reception team, answering patient calls, booking appointments and carrying out daily administrative tasks
