Responsibility
- supervise and coordinate the small training team in line with delivery needs
- oversee the Accreditation requirements of City & Guilds Courses and IV compliance
- monitor Training Contract Performance and develop tracking processes to ensure compliance with funding and awarding bodies requirements

- produce Reports for Executive and Management Committees
- contribute to the achievement of the Charity Aims and Objectives and participate in staff and project planning sessions
- monitor new funding opportunities and contracts to support training and to develop or extend training opportunities for clients

- deliver accredited training in ICT or Functional Skills to students on and off site as required

Requirements
- PGCE/ Certificate of Education
- minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role with Training delivery experience
- experience and evidence of staff supervision and management skills
