Responsibility
- the Retail team within St Helena have a new and exciting opportunity to join us as an Area Manager
- you will work alongside another Area Manager to support the Head of Retail
- you will be a good communicator and have strong organisational, interpersonal and leadership skills
- this will be a permanent, full time position, working 37.5 hours per week condensed into four days a week on a two week cycle
- primary objectives for this role is to maximize profit from the sale of donated stock, achievement of sales targets, analysis of retail budgets and increase profitability of Hospice Retail operation
- you will also provide support and leadership to Shop Managers/ Assistant Shop Managers, across North Essex enabling them to ensure income targets are achieved
- as the successful candidate, you will have proven experience of retail management and the established ability to drive sales and increase profitability
