the HR Officer will have a direct impact on the success of the employment aspects of the College
the HR Officer is responsible for End-to-End HR process management within the College and is the main point of contact for Support Staff HR queries
the HR Officer will support the Director of Finance in providing operational guidance to ensure that the College remains compliant with employment law and internal policies and procedures ensuring that the school manages and supports its staff in accordance with HR best practice
the HR Officer will be responsible for providing comprehensive and pragmatic HR support to line managers and employees in line with College policies, procedures and legal requirements
the College is a dynamic and a learning organisation, therefore the HR Officer will support the Principal, the Director of Administration & Governance and the Director of Finance & Services in undertaking specific HR projects and support the HR aspects of service improvement and change

the school Caretaker is responsible for a wide range of duties and responsibilities connected with the buildings, fabric and grounds of the school, and reports directly to the Head. The principal responsibilities are detailed below
