Requirements
- st Bartholomew’s CE Multi Academy Trust is an established and rapidly growing family of eight primary schools , and we are excited to be appointing an Estates and Health and Safety Manager
- to be successful in this role, you must be an influential estates professional with multi-site operational experience
- this role will help the Trust on our journey, and to strengthen our estates service to our schools and wider collaboration with local Trusts and non-academy schools
- you will be based at our central office in Wolverhampton but an expectation to spend time in our schools across the local regions of Staffordshire, Wolverhampton, and soon to be Dudley
- exceptional sector knowledge and leadership ability is also required
- our central team includes several staff from a range of backgrounds who work together to provide an outstanding service to our schools
- reporting to the Director of Finance and Operations, the role will provide professional oversight of premises and compliance, and to act as the responsible person for health and safety across our schools
- you will be a strong role model who rolls up their sleeves and gets stuck in with day-to-day operations, when required
