Responsibility

  • communicate with other kitchen staff to ensure proper food service is provided to all guests
  • organize equipment for food preparation and storage
  • cleaning duties include, but are not limited to, sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitizing, cleaning windows/doors, etc. as needed
  • preparing all food items for service including cutting and preparing vegetables and meats
  • preparing side dishes such as potatoes, rice or salad for guests to share between courses
  • serving silverware and other kitchen supplies to guests in accordance with company guidelines when serving beverages such as coffee or tea
  • other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor
  • all employees are required to sign a personal contract with AFC St Austell Ltd and abide by all company policies
