- to capture MDS data prior to patients visit and in line with the requirements of the KPI performance objectives
- to provide assistance with the coordination of NHS work
- to ensure all telephone calls are answered within designated ring time
- to assist with Filing and preparation of medical notes for outpatient clinics
- to ensure that the patient is kept informed at all times of any delays that may arise
- be flexible between departments, ensuring a quality service is maintained throughout the hospital, allowing staff to cover sickness and annual leave
- provide support to the nursing teams
